With the launch of our BMS Education Division in July 2015, we have expanded our range of available products and services. We have set up a dedicated woodwind showroom in store and our BMS Education Van is fully stocked with all the latest sheet music, accessories and education products available to come directly to schools. For all the teachers out there, we are also a DET Preferred Supplier of Brass, Woodwind, Guitars, Ukuleles, Timpani, and Music Stands under SOA62455.
Our highly qualified and committed staff understand that the best service comes from knowing our customers and understanding the needs of their programs. Our Education Manager Samuel Marsden, and our new staff members Chris Ryan and Michael Thrum all have extensive experience in music education, and they are here to support your program and offer advice to students and parents.
If you'd like to contact Sam about organising a school visit, or if you are a parent or student who would like information or advice on a purchase, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out the enquiry form below!
We've all been there: mouthpiece stuck, slides seized, crunchy valves, warped bell. Instrument disasters happen, but we can help! Our brass and woodwind repair technicians are on-site Monday to Friday to field any repair and maintenance enquiries you might have, and get your instrument back to tiptop condition! Please feel free to contact us via the form below at any time, or give us a call during business hours. We don't generally require appointments to be made for repairs, but please call ahead if you require a priority repair and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
As of 2016 we are pleased to be able to assist our customers further abroad with repair services. Through our partnerships with other dedicated repairers throughout Australia, we hope to provide a network to allow our customers access to the maintenance services they require, when they require them. Australia's a big place, but that doesn't mean quality servicing should be out of reach!
